As an independent filmmaker, primarily a Director-Editor and a Videographer, as well as a Contemporary Artist, I am deeply immersed in contemporary, performative and visual arts, constantly learning, experimenting, and integrating diverse artistic forms into filmmaking and screen art to craft unique, transcendent cinematic experiences. My unique forte lies in directing, devising, editing (particularly offline editing), and videography, with a focus on conceptualisation, ideation, visualisation, and working with actors/talent, along with the cutting room. My expertise spans across screenwriting, creative producing and theatre devising as well. Having led short films, experimental film art, documentaries, corporate videos, music videos, social media and branded content, immersive experiences, digital performances and theatre performances — some of which I have also acted in, I delve deep into the mise-en-scene and dramaturgy of project pieces.

Additionally, I am also certified in using Generative A.I in content creation, Intimacy Coordination, Sustainable Production, Editing, and Assistant Directing. I have been the jury, curated, organized, and coordinated at film festivals, like the BFI London Film Festival, London Independent Film Festival, Santa Fe Independent Film Festival, and Film Junction Film Festival, and have made and contributed to independent stage performance and ensemble pieces, further enriching my artistic journey.

I have worked with esteemed organizations like Pinewood Studios, the NHS, Trade Unions, Amnesty International and the Arts Council, to name a few, creating impactful short films, videos and visual content.

Beyond filmmaking, and along with being a certified and trained theatre making and performance, from UK, India, USA, Belgium, and Italy. I am also a published author and poet, with my book ‘Reveries of My Ink’ available on Amazon and global platforms. I have also ventured into editorial fashion modeling and acquired a certification in fashion photography, broadening my creative expression. I have a BA (Hons) in Film Production and Theatre with professional development from London, UK, which was on an Excellence Scholarship.

With an insatiable drive to nurture creativity and imagination, my ultimate goal is to be a holistic contemporary artist and filmmaker, crafting stories that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impact on audiences worldwide and touching people’s hearts with my craft.
